How does prepaid SMS pricing work?
Up to 10,000 SMS units costs ₦6.50 per unit. Above 10,000 units, the entire quoted volume costs ₦6.30 per unit. Your rate is shown before payment.
What counts as one SMS unit?
One unit is one billable SMS segment sent to one recipient. Long messages, Unicode characters, and emojis can create multiple segments. The estimator detects encoding and segments. Personalized text can change the final segment count.
Do balances or allowances expire?
Purchased prepaid wallet balances do not expire. Subscription allowances apply to a monthly billing period. Unused monthly units expire at the end of the period and do not roll over.
Are SMS and email plans separate?
Yes. Select a separate plan for each channel. SMS Enterprise starts at 50,000 units for ₦315,000 per month. Choose your monthly allowance at ₦6.30 per unit; usage beyond that allowance costs ₦6.20 per unit. Email Enterprise starts at 50,000 emails per month and scales at ₦0.80 per email.
What happens when I exceed my allowance?
SMS overage costs ₦6.50 per unit on Basic, ₦6.30 on Professional, and ₦6.20 on Enterprise. Email overage costs ₦1.50 on Basic, ₦1.00 on Professional, and ₦0.80 on Enterprise.
