1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the messaging, API, voice, or custom software services provided by BZTel LTD ("BZTel", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Client", or "Account Holder") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform.

2Account Registration and Security

To use BZTel features, you must create an account with accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, a valid email address, and consent to these terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential.
• Any activity under your account or API credentials is your sole legal responsibility.
• Notify BZTel at clientservice@bztel.net as soon as you suspect unauthorised access or a security breach.

3Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Safeguards

BZTel operates a zero-tolerance policy on unsolicited bulk messaging, fraud, and phishing.

• Recipient consent: obtain explicit opt-in before sending promotional SMS, WhatsApp or voice broadcasts.
• Prohibited content: bank impersonation, BVN requests, gambling, adult content, fraudulent giveaways and illegal material are forbidden.
• Automated filtering: accounts transmitting flagged anti-phishing terms face immediate suspension and credit forfeiture.

4Credits, Pricing and Billing

Services run on a prepaid credit model. Credits are bought online through integrated payment channels or verified manual bank transfers.

• Credits deducted for delivered or submitted messages are non-refundable unless a systemic gateway failure occurs on our side.
• Promotional or welcome bonus credits carry no cash value.
• BZTel may change messaging rates in line with carrier and route tariff changes.

5Sender IDs and Verification

Custom Sender IDs must be submitted for review and approval before use. A registered Sender ID must reflect your registered business entity or legal brand name. Fraudulent or impersonating Sender IDs are rejected.

6Limitation of Liability

BZTel is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from delays caused by upstream carriers and routes, network congestion, or client configuration errors. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 30 days.
